WitchyCraft is a vibrant celebration of holistic healing, alternative arts, creativity, and community—a welcoming space where the unusual is cherished, individuality is honored, and everyone is invited to join in the fun.
Founded in 2024 by Stef Parker, the owner of The Goth Gardener LLC and The Winery at Moonlight Manor, WitchyCraft emerged from a desire to bring a fresh alternative arts event to Lamar County, Georgia. At that time, our community lacked events that fully embraced alternative artists, oddities, and the holistic healing community. Rather than waiting for others to create that space, we took the initiative ourselves.
WitchyCraft serves as a community engagement festival, uniting an eclectic mix of artists, healers, performers, and independent vendors. Visitors can explore various holistic healing practices such as Reiki, tarot readings, sound baths, and the use of singing bowls, all while discovering alternative fashion, edgy creations, handcrafted art, curiosities, and oddities. The event also features live music, captivating fire performances, artist demonstrations, and offers delicious vegan food and locally crafted vegan wines for an unforgettable experience.
However, our beginnings weren't without challenges. WitchyCraft became embroiled in what locals call the 2024 Barnesville Witch Trials when whispers, suspicion, and rumors circulated that our founder was infusing voodoo into her wine. What began as a celebration of art, healing, and individuality unexpectedly sparked a bit of local hysteria.
Instead of allowing these rumors to extinguish the magic, we embraced our mission and pressed forward.
Today, WitchyCraft continues to flourish, uniting people through creativity, alternative culture, holistic wellness, and the freedom to be unapologetically themselves. We firmly believe that art inspires, music connects, and healing manifests in myriad ways.
From our delicious vegan wines and food to stunning art, peculiar oddities, and the extraordinary individuals who make it all happen, WitchyCraft is more than just an alternative arts event; it’s a community built on acceptance, expression, and a sprinkle of beautiful rebellion.
